After years of working, playing, and living with the best of intentions for becoming successful and happy, I finally discovered the secret.  No, not the book.  The truth. That’s right, the truth.  It is about taking the time to strategically discover who you are, who you want to be, and what direction is strategically your purpose and action.  The key is that it takes courage and an open mind to try new tools, some that might even be viewed as unconventional in the business arena.  However, I have learned during my years in business, our greatest “edge” is the ability to “think out of the box” and to have  the willingness to be open to new perspectives.  When we find ourselves stuck in our familiar ways of doing and being, those patterns may not work for us anymore, we need to add a few more new tools to our toolbox.

As a noted philosopher revealed, “If the only tool you have is a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail.”  Consider me as your personal toolbox and an easy-to-understand 900-page instruction book.  All you need to bring is a commitment to yourself to be truthful.
